The Process
From enquiry
to your sauna
Choose your sauna
Explore our sauna models and find the solution that best fits your needs. Our team helps you choose the right size, roof, and configuration. You can customise materials, doors, windows, and equipment entirely to your wishes.
Enquiry
The first step is to send us an enquiry with your contact details and which sauna model you are interested in. We will get back to you within 24 hours with a full price offer and project proposal.
Design and agreement
The agreement specifies all selected configurations, materials, and delivery deadlines. Full predictability and security throughout the entire process. We ensure everything is clear before production starts.
Production
Your sauna is built in our modern production facility with the highest quality control. Production time is usually 8–12 weeks depending on model and configuration. We keep you updated along the way.
Delivery
Your finished sauna is delivered directly to the construction site, fully packed and protected for transport. We coordinate the logistics so that everything goes smoothly.
Assembly and connection
The sauna is set up on a prepared foundation and connected to electricity, the heating system, and any water supply. Complete technical documentation and warranty certificate. The sauna is ready to use on the same day in most cases.
