Process
From timber selection to finished sauna — every step carried out with Nordic precision and dedication
Philosophy
Building a LYKKE sauna is a process that takes months. We do not cut steps short. We do not use cheap materials. Every component is selected, executed and tested with absolute dedication.
This is not mass production — this is craftsmanship. Every sauna is a story about timber, about process, about Nordic traditions.
Building process
We select C24 timber from certified Nordic suppliers. Kiln-dried and certified high-quality timber ensures we can build solid saunas. Our suppliers guarantee consistent quality, so we know every component is reliable. The timber is dried under controlled conditions, then precisely cut using advanced CNC machines for millimetre precision on every element.

We build a solid frame from structural timber, reinforced and tested for stability. Every joint is precisely executed and tested.

Internally we install high-quality thermal insulation. Interior walls are lined with aspen or pine, which are safe at high temperatures.

We install benches, shelving and all interior elements. Every component is manually adjusted and finished to perfection.

We fit premium sauna panels. We use Thermo Aspen for a mild and comfortable interior, Alder for a classic Scandinavian look, or Abachi for an exclusive finish. Each panel is precisely cut and installed by hand for a perfect fit.

We fit the stove, ventilation system and all electrical components. Each system is tested individually before installation in the sauna.

Every sauna undergoes rigorous testing — from airtightness to heating system performance. Everything is documented and approved.

The finished unit is ready for transport from the factory. We wrap it in protective film to safeguard it during shipping and delivery to your home.
